Responsibilities

Lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency, decision-making, and overall system effectiveness
Research and recommend emerging tools to improve candidate experience and operational performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic recruiting technology projects, including system upgrades, process automation, and new tool rollouts
Drive adoption and implementation of new and existing tools, system enhancements, and process improvements
Develop and deliver training resources to support end-users and maximize technology utilization
Serve as a primary system administrator for recruiting technologies, with a specialized focus on the iCIMS platform, including user management, configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance
Provide governance over recruiting systems, ensuring user access, security, and data integrity
Monitor and analyze system utilization, identifying opportunities for improvement
Execute system updates and enhancements, configurations, and troubleshooting
Oversee complex system integrations between recruiting platforms and HR/business systems
Partner with IT and vendors to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance
Document and refine workflows to optimize functionality and scalability
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with leaders and stakeholders, acting as a primary technology partner and advisor for their recruiting system needs
Provide insights on system performance and adoption to support data-driven decision-making
Act as a strategic advisor on recruiting technology trends and best practices
Drive adoption by gathering feedback

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in recruiting systems administration, HRIS, or a similar role
Hands-on expertise with ATS and CRM platforms, with preference for iCIMS experience
Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft)
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting system data and performance metrics
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts effectively to business teams

Preferred

Familiarity with recruiting workflows and best practices is a plus
