They are seeking a Senior Account Executive for Employee Benefits to manage client relationships, oversee employee benefits lines, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and develop strong, consultative relationships

Manage all lines of employee benefits: medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, voluntary benefits, and more

Oversee renewals including competitive marketing, plan design analysis, and contribution modeling

Act as a liaison with insurance carriers and advocate on behalf of clients

Prepare renewal presentations, financial reports, and plan performance reviews

Support client compliance with ACA, ERISA, and other regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate client data in HUB’s Agency Management System

Support wellness initiatives and coordinate health fairs, as needed

Mentor junior team members and provide back-up support to leadership when needed
