Responsibilities
Ensure that all safety standards are meet according to OSHA properties
Ensure that all safety equipment is available and kept in stock (fire extinguishers and safety glasses)
Coordinate with all operations managers to ensure property is kept up
Upkeep of the exterior of the building
Ensure all daily items are being completed off of list given by manager
Assist in helping managers in any maintenance duty that comes up
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
3-5 years maintenance/facilities trade experience
Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
Physical activities include walking, talking, seeing, hearing, pushing, balancing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, handling
Ability to walk and stand for long period of time
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with considerable noise and interruptions. Must be able to change activity frequently
