Responsibilities
Supporting sales in customer acquisition
Analyzing the customer situation, identifying and describing standardized customer solutions, and creating solution/calculation bases Supporting sales in the creation of standard contracts and service specifications
Creating calculations and presentations with customer-specific solutions
Managing the various departments during the pre-sales phase, with support if necessary
Supporting and participating in customer acquisition and retention measures (e.g., customer days, campaigns, etc.)
Maintaining and developing the internal network
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
You have experience in customer acquisition
Proficiency in English and German (C2 level)
Proven experience in sales support, pre-sales, or customer acquisition
Strong ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
