The DevOps Monitoring Engineer will set up and develop monitoring systems for both Linux and Windows environments, ensuring effective oversight of complex SAP landscapes and delivering value through enhanced monitoring capabilities.

Responsibilities
You will set up and continuously develop monitoring systems for Linux and Windows environments - both in the data center and in the cloud
You keep an eye on complex SAP landscapes including their interfaces
You create scripts, reports and evaluations and deliver real added value- You set up checks, thresholds and reporting paths and ensure that alerts reliably reach the right places
You take on customer requirements, provide sound advice and deliver realistic cost estimates
You rethink processes, document them in a comprehensible manner and optimize existing ones
You actively develop the monitoring landscape - administratively, technically and architecturally
In short: You are responsible for a varied, exciting field of activity
Qualification
Required
Completed training in IT administration and experience in a comparable environment
Practice in dealing with Icinga2 - from setup to optimization
Knowledge of Python, Ansible, PHP, Shell/PowerShell and working with MySQL
Experience with Windows, Linux and common cloud environments
Analytical thinking, clear communication and enjoyment of teamwork
A careful, structured way of working without losing sight of the essentials
Service orientation and professional cooperation with internal and external customers
Very good knowledge of English
