Responsibilities

Serve as a resource of information for all Guests and Members regarding their experience in the music area
Provide assistance to guests and members regarding the timing of the supporting acts and headliner acts
Provide assistance to all positions and communicate effectively with others to enhance guest and members experience
Ability to balance tickets issued to revenue
Articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with current audience
Exemplary and professional grooming standards
Ability to anticipate guests’ needs
Adherent to MGM Music Hall’s dress code policy
Ensure guest safety through proactive personal interaction and removing hazards in the area of responsibility
Safeguard against theft and property damage
Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by Manager on Duty prior to start of each shift
