Responsibilities
Perform project management activities including status tracking and coordination
Conduct and lead scrum ceremonies, increment planning, and sprint retrospectives
Compile and submit weekly reporting to OIT and Enterprise Services leadership
Provide stakeholder engagement and communications support
Develop and maintain dashboards linked to SharePoint repositories
Support data governance policy development and best practices
Manage cloud migration schedules and comprehensive reporting
Coordinate cross-functional modernization efforts
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience
Technical management experience with IT infrastructure projects
Data governance and management expertise
Cloud migration and modernization experience
Project coordination and team leadership
Agile methodologies and scrum ceremonies
SharePoint administration and content management
Dashboard development and data visualization
Federal government technology environment experience
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret trust or higher clearance, per contract requirements
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Data management or analytics certifications
