Archinect is seeking a skilled Drafter to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans essential for construction, requiring proficiency in various drafting software and a strong understanding of design principles.

Architecture

Responsibilities

Develop detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit

Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and design specifications

Create 2D and 3D models to visualize designs, utilizing tools such as Sketchup and Rhino

Ensure accuracy in measurements, materials, and dimensions in all drafted documents

Revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders to meet design goals

Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions for future reference

Required

Proficiency in CAD software. AutoCAD is essential

Experience in architectural design is highly desirable

Familiarity with local building codes and graphic standards

3D modeling and visualization experience is preferable

Bachelor's degree and higher
