They are seeking Junior/Intermediate Designers with 1-2 years of experience to contribute to high-profile residential designs, working on projects from Schematics through Construction Administration.

Responsibilities

Work on high-profile socially conscious housing projects and single-family residential designs

Prepare a set of working drawings

Engage in color and material explorations for innovative building facades and graphics

Develop exceptional architectural detailing

Collaborate with a top-level design and production team

Required

1-2 years experience in design

Strong formal skills with 3d solid modeling in Rhino

Autocad drawing/detailing skills

Experience preparing a set of working-drawings

Strong design talent

Commitment to a professional work-ethic (arriving generally on time, billing for an actual full work-day, not watching distracting visual/gaming media and/or extensive texting on phone during work hours)

BArch and/or MArch required

Legal status to work in the United States required
