Intermediate Designer / Architect / Project Manager
MHS Architecture is an award-winning interdisciplinary design office specializing in Architecture, Planning, and Interior Design. They are seeking a highly motivated Intermediate Designer / Architect / Project Manager to contribute to their expansion and work on larger and more complex projects, while integrating emerging technologies into their design process.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate creative design thinking and innovative problem solving
Practical knowledge of building materials and façade systems
Strong verbal and visual communication skills
Demonstrate proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and graphic presentation software
Added benefit would include sensibility with interiors and landscaping
Enthusiasm for collaboration and coordination with team members
Flexibility for working on multiple projects at various stages of design
Ability to contribute in a collaborative and positive manner to team discussions
Ability to self-manage time to complete tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Self-motivated to find unique solutions to design problems
Practical knowledge of New Jersey building code requirements
Knowledge of building envelope design and detailing
Ability to configure and develop residential unit layouts
Added benefit would include familiarity with zoning codes in cities throughout Hudson County
Qualification
Required

5+ years of professional experience
Bachelor and/or Master's degree in architecture
Enthusiasm for collaboration and coordination with team members
Flexibility for working on multiple projects at various stages of design
Ability to contribute in a collaborative and positive manner to team discussions
Ability to self-manage time to complete tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Self-motivated to find unique solutions to design problems
Practical knowledge of New Jersey building code requirements
