They are seeking a Consultation Attorney to conduct consultations with prospective clients, evaluate their legal needs, and connect them with appropriate legal solutions, playing a critical role in converting consultations into retained cases.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Conduct 6-8 consultations daily with prospective clients across practice areas such as Family Law, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, and Estates
Establish trust through active listening and thoughtful questioning — every client’s story matters
Offer strategic legal direction and guidance tailored to each client’s situation
Convert prospects into retained clients by clearly communicating the firm’s value and legal options
Accurately document client notes, case potential, and next steps in our case management systems
Following up with leads to nurture relationships and close engagements
Collaborate closely with our intake, sales, and marketing teams to maintain a strong consultation pipeline
Track conversion metrics and continuously refine your consultation approach with coaching and feedback
Qualification
Required
A licensed attorney in [NC, SC, or TN with the intent to obtain all licenses]
A confident communicator — empathetic, clear, and persuasive
Motivated by connection, purpose, and results
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Open to coaching, feedback, and performance-based growth
Metrics-driven and motivated by achieving tangible goals
Passionate about guiding clients with compassion, honesty, and legal expertise
