Responsibilities

Partner with internal and external cross-functional teams, including executives, managers, engineers, and procurement

Develop, own, and continuously improve validation methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance test coverage and time-to-market

Collaborate with Design, Architecture, Verification, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality silicon buffer chip products

Manage and mentor a bench validation team performing validation and characterization of memory buffer chips

Oversee sourcing and coordination with external partners for test equipment, PCB manufacturing, and assembly

Conduct hands-on bench validation, characterization, and lab automation software development

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required

Proven track record in building and scaling engineering organizations with a focus on validation methodology development

Direct experience in DDR5/DDR6 buffer chips is required

Strong project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting experience

Expertise in processor and memory device architecture and specifications

Advanced proficiency in Python for automation, data analysis, and validation workflows

Hands-on experience in bench testing; familiarity with ATE or system-level testing is a plus

Ability to manage 5-6 direct reports with a 50% managerial and 50% hands-on split
