Executive Vice President, Renewable Energy Practice Leader (Appraisal)
Partner Valuation Advisors (PVA) is actively hiring professionals to meet the increasing demands of their client base. This role is responsible for the strategy, execution and delivery of valuation engagements in the renewable energy sector while managing a team and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities
Develop valuation market strategy and ensure execution and delivery of engagements
Within the initial 3 months of employment build a team of analysts and associates in the local market/region
Supervise the workload of Analysts and Associates on assigned engagements and reviews work product
Oversee analysis of client financial statements and develop financial models
Review Partner Valuation Advisors (PVA) work product for quality and accuracy as well as provide comments and guidance to the PVA valuation team
Oversee preparation of necessary exhibits and memos in illustration of complex issues
Ensure quality controls are adhered in association with all work products
Participate in internal and external client meetings
Build strong relationships with market and business line leaders to exchange best practices, accelerate innovation and ensure quality and consistency
Lead client development efforts nationally for renewable energy valuation in partnership with Partner ESI and Partner Energy as needed
Qualification
Required
An active certified general real estate appraiser license is required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field required
8+ years of real estate valuation experience
Strong leadership and supervisory experience
Strategic understanding of commercial real estate appraisal and the renewable energy sector
Existing client relationships and in-depth knowledge of the renewable energy space and asset types
Must be able to travel to asset tours
Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone and via emails
Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
Preferred
Masters in Business Administration, preferred
Significant cost segregation and machinery and equipment valuation experience is preferred
MAI designation or candidate, preferred
CPA, CFA, AM, ASA or other valuation industry credentials preferred
