Turn Key Project and Installation Project Manager
Salas O’Brien is an employee-owned engineering and professional services firm focused on achieving impact for clients and the world. The Turn Key Project and Installation Project Manager will be responsible for the implementation and execution of turnkey projects and installations, overseeing a team of project managers.

Responsibilities
Train the workforce in specialty installation requirements
Building a team of specialized installers for piping and equipment installation projects
Assist the National Manager with the Corporate training center to develop new employees and increase skills of existing employees
Grow and develop New Supervisors
Ensure safety standards are met, and regular safety training is administered
Manage QC standards and implement improvements where needed
Assist in Scheduling of all turnkey projects and Installations with national manager, including manpower, tools, materials and equipment
Qualification
Required
Certified OSHA 30 certification
A self-starter who is detail orientated
Have a clean driving record
Be able to lift #50
Be able to drive a forklift truck
Understand and read Blueprints and P&ID Drawings
Be computer literate
Able to utilize AutoCAD and 3D modeling software
