Mid LevelTRG Management Company is a premier property management firm overseeing a diverse portfolio of around 20,000 housing units. They are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage apartment maintenance, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and housing standards.

Responsibilities
Prepares or assists in preparing all market-ready apartments in regards to painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping, etc
Performs various preventative maintenance functions and records findings in maintenance log
Completes regular community inspections
Responds to resident service requests and concern within 24 hours
Performs on-call emergency service as required
Works along with general maintenance staff in maintaining grounds and common areas and keeping them free of trash and debris
Monitors the maintenance and keep-up of all mechanical equipment on the community including, but not limited to, water heaters, HVAC units, etc
May assist in monitoring capital improvement projects
Works with Property Manager maintaining and monitoring Budget Control Log
Ensures all maintenance staff is following safe work practices
Ensures that maintenance staff is performing to TRG standards and the service requests are handled in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner
Understands and complies with Fair Housing Laws and Standards
Maintains open communication with Property Manager and other community staff
Represents the company in a professional manner at all times
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in all aspects of apartment maintenance
Excellent customer service ability
Ability to work with plumbing, electrical, drywall/painting, HVAC, and appliance repairs
Must have your own basic tools and reliable transportation
Preferred
Bilingual candidate
