Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, establish alignment, and foster cooperation throughout all phases of Workday projects
Architect comprehensive solutions across Workday modules (HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.), addressing both immediate business needs and long-term scalability
Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday configurations, integrations, and optimization. Guide teams through best practices and strategic approaches to platform enhancements
Champion organizational change by designing and implementing new Workday processes, training users, and onboarding teams to new functionalities
Apply agile methodologies to develop, test, and deploy Workday solutions. Adapt quickly and efficiently to evolving project demands
Continuously seek opportunities to leverage emerging Workday features, drive platform innovation, and improve the user experience
Advise senior leadership on Workday strategy, bridging technical and business perspectives to deliver solutions that support enterprise objectives

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
4+ years in technology consulting or enterprise software roles, including 5+ years specializing in Workday architecture and implementation
Demonstrated expertise in Workday HCM modules, integrations, and platform optimization
Extensive experience with Workday HCM implementations, including solution design, module configuration, and system integration
In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, business processes, and reporting
Proficiency in designing integrations with other enterprise platforms (APIs, middleware, data migration tools)
Ability to lead feasibility studies, technical assessments, and optimization initiatives within the Workday ecosystem
Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and delivering impactful presentations
Ability to mentor project teams, build consensus, and share knowledge to advance organizational success
Strategic mindset with capability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions

Preferred

Strong problem-solving ability and engineering rigor
Comfortable working with ambiguity and navigating complex, fast-paced environments
Skilled in one or more of the following areas: Application Development, Data Platform, Security, Application Integration, Data Engineering, Server Systems, Packaged Application Implementation, Business Analysis, Network Systems, or Storage Systems
