Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in data engineering, database management, and supporting Oracle EPM systems
Experience writing and maintaining Groovy scripts to enhance build, deployment, and testing processes
A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered instead of a degree
A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field is required
Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and Oracle EPM applications (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Financial Management)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Oracle EPM certifications are a plus
Preferred
Experience with cloud-based EPM solutions
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of financial processes and reporting
Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
Strong customer service orientation with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong knowledge designing, implementing, migrating, and troubleshooting
