Responsibilities

Market, promote and lease annual in water storage slips

Resolve customer complaints and build loyal customer base for marina

Assist the forklift department as needed

Maintain financial and inventory records of fuel dock activities

Assists with maintenance on building facilities, docks, customer areas and grounds

Responsible for filling in at marina, sales front desk, service front desk, forklift department and other departments as needed

Provide an exceptional customer experience for all visitors to the marina facility

Maintain and enforce marina rules to all guests at all times to ensure safety and compliance. Responds to all rule violations

Partners with other departments to produce special events and promotions at the marina

Oversee and take proactive approach to severe weather prevention steps to protect docks and people

Responsible for reporting boat damage to sales or service personnel and if applicable, contact the customer that same day

Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding marina operations
