Serving customers via telephone, live chat, or email as well as supporting Builtwell Bank’s digital banking products

Processing customer requests regarding debit and credit cards and handling card disputes

Processing incoming, outgoing and international wires

Processing daily ACH files for customers as they are submitted

Offering exceptional service to both internal and external customers

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work independently, accurately and with attention to detail

Ability to handle and resolve recurring issues
