Responsibilities
Serves guests as directed per established standards
Able to serve guests efficiently, in a timely fashion
Able to handle a reasonable workload of tables (4-5)
Complete all required opening and closing sidework per sidework schedule
Execute all proper beverage and wine service
Attends all meetings to include: Menu class and monthly meetings
Guest check completion in a timely and accurate fashion
This position may be scheduled for occasional banquet event or special events outside of your home department during the peak season: spring, summer and fall
Qualification
Required
Must be able to lift and carry a service tray complete with dishes
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
Must have a congenial disposition
Able to walk and stand through the duration of shift
2 years food service experience required
Must be 18 years of age
Preferred
Outgoing personality, with a distinct sense of hospitality preferred
