Makes quick and accurate decisions based heavily on facts, data and/or metrics
Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe applications with particular strength in Excel

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
Minimum 7 years proven land experience in acquisition, contract negotiation and relationship building
Prior management experience
Exceptional communication skills -- both written and verbal
Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key business partners
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred
Home building or related construction/real estate industry preferred
