1+ years expMorgan & Morgan is looking for an attorney that is barred and resides anywhere in Minnesota to assist with E-Discovery / Document Review on mass tort and class action cases. The E-Discovery Attorney will assist with discovery activities, primarily document review on hosted platforms, and may also take on other tasks including deposition preparation, trial support, and motion drafting.

Responsibilities
Perform substantive document review, generally on document review platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, etc
Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege
Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs as well as challenges to privilege
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Law degree from a fully accredited law school
An active member in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar Association
Minimum 1+ years of personal injury experience
Preferred
Prior E-Discovery / Document Review experience
