Selling Sales Manager

Luxury Bath Technologies Corporate is expanding rapidly and seeking a motivated, experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead their sales team while actively participating in the field. This role focuses on direct selling and team leadership within the home remodeling industry, driving results through hands-on management and in-home sales expertise.

Responsibilities

Conduct In-Home Sales Appointments: Personally run sales appointments, demonstrating best practices and supporting team development through real-time coaching
Sales Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor a team of in-home sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals
Performance Management: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met. Provide constructive feedback and implement performance improvement strategies as needed
Training & Development: Lead regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, improve sales techniques, and strengthen overall team performance
Sales Support & Collaboration: Assist sales representatives with challenging appointments, including participating in joint calls and supporting the closing process
Customer Retention: Conduct cancel-save and follow-up (rehash) appointments to maximize revenue opportunities
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and inside sales teams to ensure consistent lead flow and efficient appointment scheduling

Required

Prior successful in-home sales experience, ideally within the home improvement or remodeling industry

Technologically proficient, with experience using iPad-based presentations and electronic contract platforms
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of driving both personal and team success
