Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Sales Academy, ensuring a consistent, high-quality learning experience
Oversee curriculum delivery, scheduling, and coordination with subject matter experts and guest speakers
Ensure program milestones, certifications, and graduation criteria are met
Act as primary mentor for Sales Academy participants, providing one-on-one coaching and regular performance feedback
Foster a culture of accountability, resilience, and continuous learning
Identify individual development needs and create tailored growth plans
Partner with Sales Training & Enablement to design and update program curriculum across key competencies (products, CRM usage, selling skills, market segments)
Incorporate innovative learning methods such as role-plays, field shadows, microlearning, and certifications
Align all training content to company goals, sales strategy, and customer expectations
Partner with Senior Vice Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents, and HR to ensure alignment between Sales Academy and field expectations
Provide regular updates and progress reports on Sales Academy participants to senior leadership
Serve as liaison between Sales Academy graduates and open Account Executive roles to ensure smooth placement
Track program effectiveness using KPIs such as participant performance, time-to-productivity, and graduation placement rates
Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve curriculum and delivery
Benchmark against industry best practices for sales training and talent development

Required

Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field

High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products

High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures
Travel may be required up to 15% of the time
The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
6-8 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
1-3 years of management experience
