Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of site due diligence, permitting, entitlements, and utility coordination for build-to-suit retail projects nationwide
Review and interpret civil and architectural plans, ensuring project readiness prior to construction
Collaborate with internal development teams, municipalities, and consultants to streamline project timelines
Oversee third-party engineers, surveyors, and permitting consultants to ensure compliance and schedule alignment
Support the development team by preparing and maintaining project documentation from concept through construction start
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (PE license a plus, not required)
5–15 years of experience in civil/site development, land development, or preconstruction
Strong knowledge of utilities, stormwater, grading, and permitting processes
Ability to read and understand site and construction plans
Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
