Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable SAP EWM solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate complex warehouse and supply chain operations into technical SAP EWM designs
Hands-on configuration of SAP EWM modules (inbound, outbound, inventory/labor management, RF framework, automation integration)
Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA and third-party logistics systems; design RICEFW objects and ensure seamless connectivity
Lead and execute data migration, system testing (unit, SIT, UAT), cutover, and go-live activities for multiple warehouse sites
Provide expert hypercare support post-implementation, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous system improvements
Stay updated on SAP EWM innovations; recommend upgrades and enhancements for optimal warehouse management performance
Mentor junior team members on SAP EWM best practices (secondary responsibility)
Document detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams
Travel (10-15%) to client sites as needed (expenses covered)
Qualification
Required
10+ years SAP Supply Chain experience, with 5+ years in SAP EWM
SAP EWM certification required
Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and full-cycle SAP EWM implementations
Strong expertise integrating automated warehouse systems and external 3PL partners
Advanced knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and labor management processes
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience with Agile/hybrid methodologies and cloud-based SAP deployments preferred
