Responsibilities
Performs medical imaging procedures for diagnosis or treating medical problems in a clinical setting which consists of routine and emergency radiography
Uses expertise and knowledge of patient handling, physics, anatomy, physiology, pathology and radiology to assess patients, develop optimal radiologic techniques or plans and evaluate resulting radiographic images
Reports to the Medical Imaging Supervisor and has an indirect reporting relationship to the Clinic Administrator and Medical Imaging Hospital Liaison
May perform Phlebotomy duties
May float to other clinics as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology/Completion of Accredited Hospital Program
Current license as a Radiographer in the state of Wisconsin
Must have current CPR certification or be eligible to complete within three months of hire
Knowledge of all routine radiographic and orthopedic procedures performed in a clinic setting
Preferred
Previous Radiologic Technologist experience
Knowledge of Epic Ambulatory EMR, RIS and PACS
