ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT I

Excentium, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran owned small business that provides Cyber Security Engineering and IT services to government and commercial organizations. They are seeking an Acquisition Management Support I to assist with acquisition planning, market research, and compliance for Federal customers in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

Assist with developing acquisition schedules, project plans, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)
Conduct market research to identify available products and services and gather data for procurement strategies
Draft and review various acquisition documents such as Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and contract modifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
Maintain acquisition records, track deliverables, and compile data to support reporting and audits
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and government officials to facilitate communication and streamline the acquisition process
Ensure adherence to applicable acquisition statutes, policies, and regulations
Provide assistance with various aspects of contract administration, including monitoring performance and supporting contract close-out

Required

Active Secret Clearance
One (1) year of professional experience
Proficient in data entry, record keeping, and managing documentation
Ability to analyze data and contribute to risk assessments in the acquisition process
Bachelor's level degree. From an accredited college or university
