Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, from kick-off to post-go-live support

Understand each client’s business model and help configure Cryptio to fit their workflows

Map fund flows and align our platform with their reporting and finance stack

Drive adoption by making clients confident, trained, and autonomous by the end of implementation

Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and guiding them through challenges
