Responsibilities
Training manager will have a strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation methods
They will lead and oversee the design, development, and delivery of eLearning and instructor-led training programs related to the revenue cycle applications used in each revenue cycle setting from patient access, to HIM and coding, to HB, PB and SBO
They will supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the trainers, and the effectiveness and quality of the training program
They will collaborate with operational stakeholders and Revenue Cycle leaders to support the goals of the organization
Credentialed trainer certification must be obtained within 6 months
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Over 5 years Health Care Experience Required
1-2 years Project Management Experience Required
Epic Credentialed Trainer Required
Credentialed trainer certification must be obtained within 6 months
Preferred
Master's Degree
