Lead and manage key components of complex transactions, including:
Warehouse lending facilities
Forward flow transactions
Whole loan sales and repurchase agreements
Securitizations and related financings
Serve as a client-facing deal advisor, offering practical, business-oriented legal solutions
Collaborate with colleagues across practices and manage junior associates to deliver excellent service and outcomes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of finance experience from a top-tier law firm
Hands-on experience advising on structured and asset-based finance deals, ideally involving securitizations
Ability to manage transactions and mentor junior lawyers
Strong academic credentials
Admitted to the New York State Bar
Client-focused and commercially savvy
Preferred
Experience in warehouse lending facilities
Experience in forward flow transactions
Experience in whole loan sales and repurchase agreements
Experience in securitizations and related financings
