Sales Engineer (Google Workspace with Gemini) – Remote

Responsibilities
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers evaluating Google Workspace and Gemini
Lead discovery and scoping sessions to assess collaboration, security, and productivity needs
Develop and present technical proposals, architecture diagrams, demos, and proofs of concept—highlighting Gemini’s capabilities
Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, secure Workspace + Gemini solutions
Produce clear technical documentation including assessments, statements of work, and configuration plans
Support sales, customer success, and partner teams in driving adoption and renewals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Google Professional Collaboration Engineer Certification (or ability to complete within 30 days)
Google Sales Credentials (to be completed within 30 days)
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (sales engineering, consulting, or architecture)
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience developing technical documentation and architecture designs
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and the Gemini AI features
Understanding of email infrastructure (MX/DNS records), routing, and migration from Exchange/O365
Familiarity with identity and access management solutions (Okta, Azure AD, ADFS)
Experience with Active Directory provisioning and lifecycle management
Awareness of AI adoption strategies and data security best practices in enterprise environments
