Responsibilities
Must be able to program with very minimal supervision
Must be comfortable working in a prototype setting
Must be able to program using Geopath or Mastercam, including 3D machining on 3 Axis machines
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
Must be able to fill out traveler and in-process inspection sheets
Must be able to perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
Must be able to use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
Must understand and have the ability to perform tool wear offsets

Must be capable of programming with Geopath or Mastercam on 3 axis machines, including programming in 3D
Must be able to program with very minimal supervision
Must be comfortable working in a prototype setting
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
Must be able to fill out traveler and in-process inspection sheets
Must be able to perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
Must be able to use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
Must understand and have the ability to perform tool wear offsets
8 or more years as a CNC machinist required
Must have experience in precision machining job shop
High school diploma or GED required
Must effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in English Language
Must have ability to perform basic mathematical computations
Ability to lift 50LBS when required
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
