Responsibilities

Write and implement daily/weekly lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate for children in care
Meet children’s physical, emotional, and educational needs through close supervision, observation, and supportive one-on-one and group interactions
Assist the Director in creating service plans for children with special needs
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date classroom records and documentation
Communicate with administrative staff to ensure licensing, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently upheld

Required

Associate's Degree in Early Childhood, or currently enrolled in this program, is required for this position
Comparable degrees include, but not limited to, Psychology, Social Work, and Elementary Education
