Super Soccer Stars is recognized as the largest operating youth soccer program in the US, and they are seeking a part-time Youth Soccer Instructor & Coach Development Coordinator. The role involves coaching young children in a fun, non-competitive environment while following a customized curriculum, with the opportunity to advance to a Lead Coach position.

Responsibilities

Run each class following our customized, age appropriate enrichment curriculum focused on developing the whole child
Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Qualification

Required

Minimum 20-25 hours per/week
Required weekly availability: Monday-Thursday 1-5pm, Saturday AM
Prior experience working with or teaching children
Extremely reliable
Positive, engaging energy
Willingness to attend regular trainings
Ability to follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Preferred

Optional Weekly availability for additional hours: Monday-Friday 9am-11am, Sunday AM
Sundays: 9am-12pm (optional for additional hours)
