Sales Development Representative (Onsite)
FRONTSTEPS, through its subsidiary iHomefinder, is a leading provider of real estate search technology. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to be a key point of contact in their sales cycle, responsible for generating qualified meetings for the Direct Sales team and maintaining accurate records of lead activity.

Responsibilities
Have a complete technical understanding of the unique iHomefinder suite of products
You will use calling, emailing and social outreach to generate qualified meetings for the Direct Sales team
Develop a pipeline of quality business meetings that result in new pipeline for the all Direct Sales team members
Maintain accurate records of all lead activity using Salesforce
KPI driven
Have a passion for winning and bringing problem solving technologies to struggling businesses
The ability to build great rapport with all sales representatives
The ability to be coachable and have a positive attitude
Performs other duties as requested by management
Qualification
Required
BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
0 – 2 years of experience working with a SaaS company
Coachable and willing to try new sales strategies
You want to build a career in SaaS sales
A professional demeanor via phone, email, and in-person
A good listener and can identify the prospect's needs
Preferred
Knowledge of lead generation is a plus
