Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients, ensuring retention and growth

Drive new business development by building relationships with prospects, centers of influence, and community partners

Partner with internal teams to cross-sell a full range of products, including Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Private Banking, and Wealth Management

Analyze client financials and collaborate with Portfolio Managers to structure credit solutions

Advise clients and prospects on market conditions and banking trends using approved resources

Present credit recommendations and actively participate in the loan approval process

Represent Associated Bank in the community through events, boards, and networking opportunities

Refer clients to appropriate partners across the bank to ensure holistic financial solutions
