Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design process for new and existing features across web and mobile platforms
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma
Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations
Work closely with Product Managers to translate requirements and customer insights into intuitive design solutions
Partner with Engineering to ensure designs are implemented with a high level of quality and attention to detail
Advocate for design best practices and maintain a consistent design system across products
Thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
Performs other duties as requested by management
Qualification
Required
BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
5+ years of experience designing for both web and mobile applications in a product-focused environment
Expertise with Figma and other contemporary design/prototyping tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, from research and ideation to final visual design
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design best practices
Experience conducting and applying insights from user research and usability testing
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team environment
