Responsibilities

Lead PR strategy and execution for Elastic Security product announcements, feature launches, and roadmap milestones
Partner closely with threat intelligence researchers to package and promote findings for media, customers, analysts, and social channels
Drive proactive campaigns around major industry moments and events, while collaborating with regional PR teams to extend Elastic’s security story globally
Establish and track metrics that evaluate impact and adjust campaigns for maximum results
Serve as the primary communications lead for Elastic’s CISO, shaping and executing speaking, media, and content strategies
Create op-eds, blogs, speeches, and social content and prepare the CISO for high-impact opportunities such as media interviews, keynote addresses, and industry panel discussions

Required

6–8 years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise technology
Proven track record running security product PR campaigns, media relations, and executive comms programs
Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content for multiple audiences
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders
