There is no need for training design or development; a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and content creators are already in place for that

Proficiency in Tableau and QuickBase is required for managing and analyzing training-related data

A significant part of the role involves gathering data related to training activities to support program management

The candidate will focus on organizing and prioritizing work to ensure smooth project execution

Experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not mandatory

The candidate will work onsite Monday through Friday
