Vinfen is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing community-based services to individuals with mental health conditions and disabilities. The Budget Manager will coordinate the planning and development of the division-wide budget process, including preparing budgets, training staff, and providing technical support. This role also involves monitoring budget information and coordinating with finance and accounting.

Coordinate the annual budget process including preparing the budgets in collaboration with field operation staff

Train operation staff and provide technical support as needed

Design and implement the budget structure within the division

Report, analyze and monitor budget information

Coordinate the budget interface with finance and accounting as necessary

Develop budgets for new and expanded programs

Maintain, analyze, and summarize all program and administrative budgets for the division

Work with program managers and operations in creating operating and funding source

Organize and maintain all program and administrative budgets including proposals

Coordinate the budget interface with the accounting system to ensure accuracy

Develop budget forecast report, and work with program managers and corporate fiscal staff on appropriate corrective actions

Perform other related duties, as assigned
