As Group Product Manager, you will lead the team building the authoritative digital representation of the food industry, ensuring accurate and reliable data and workflows for restaurants.

Responsibilities
Own and scale the System of Record that manages critical restaurant entities such as Orders, Storefronts, and Menus
Build platform capabilities that enable seamless integrations with delivery platforms, POS systems, and other restaurant technology providers
Define canonical data models, lifecycle workflows, and business logic that ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency across Otter’s ecosystem
Develop developer experiences – including APIs, SDKs, integration runtime, and monitoring – that make it simple and safe for internal and external contributors to build on the platform
Partner with engineering, design, operations, and GTM to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that support both customer-facing products and internal workflows
Lead and mentor a team of PMs, setting clear goals, coaching for growth, and scaling product excellence across the organization
Qualification
Required
8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years managing and developing PMs
Proven track record of building and scaling platform or data products with measurable reliability and business impact
Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and data modeling; experience working on data-heavy products or enterprise platforms is a plus
Data-driven decision maker with proficiency in SQL and analytics tools
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to executives, engineers, and partners
Preferred
Experience in restaurant technology, commerce, or B2B SaaS is a plus
