Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to business teams, translating investment and operational needs into technical solutions
Lead development and enhancement of internal and third-party applications using .NET, SQL Server / Databricks, and Power BI
Drive data automation and reporting initiatives, including extract creation and delivery
Provide rotational onsite support to business users until close of business
Collaborate on hiring and onboarding efforts, including interview coordination and feedback for new developer candidates
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills and a passion for learning the business
Hands-on experience with T-SQL, stored procedures, and Microsoft BI tools
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with urgency
Experience in Private Assets, or financial services is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
