Responsibilities
Design and implement robust software solutions using Oracle PL/SQL, React, and .Net technologies to meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet performance and reliability standards
Ensure the integration of various components and systems to deliver seamless user experiences
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
Optimize application performance and scalability through effective use of cloud resources and modern technologies
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the architecture and development processes
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment
Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards throughout the development process
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Document architectural designs and technical specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing
Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering impactful solutions that enhance user satisfaction and business growth
Experience working in a fast-paced growth organization in a Global Delivery Model
Ability to present ideas to both technical and business stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions
Strong management and communication skills
Financial Services domain knowledge will be a plus
Understanding of the SCRUM agile process
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience
Strong background in Oracle PL/SQL
Experience with React
Experience with Entity Framework Core
Experience with .Net Core
Experience with .Net API
Experience with .Net Programming-C#
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Strong English language skills
Experience in driving development & delivery of initiatives in in-house and vended applications to Production
Ability to present ideas to both technical and business stakeholders and facilitate strategic discussions
Strong management and communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced growth organization in a Global Delivery Model
Understanding of the SCRUM agile process
