They are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, analyze project plans, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project requirements and budgets are met.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, with a focus on Multi-Family developments

Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements and budgets

Source and negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors to develop competitive estimates

Review and analyze historical data to inform and refine estimation processes

Assist in preparing bid packages, including proposals, budgets, and supporting documentation

Monitor industry trends, labor costs, and material pricing to maintain up-to-date and accurate estimates

Maintain clear and organized records of all estimates and supporting documentation
