Responsibilities

Perform advanced packet analysis and deep-dive troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark, NIKSUN, and Riverbed ARX
Leverage Gigamon TAPs and visibility infrastructure to monitor and analyze traffic
Proactively identify and resolve latency, throughput, and performance anomalies across network segments
Collaborate with network engineering, security, and application teams to provide root cause analysis and performance improvement recommendations
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, metrics, and documentation of findings

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience in network performance monitoring and packet-level analysis
Expert-level knowledge of Wireshark with demonstrated ability to interpret protocol flows and anomalies
Experience using one or more of the following: Riverbed ARX, NIKSUN, Gigamon infrastructure
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP/S, VoIP, etc.)
Ability to interpret and correlate data across multiple tools and data sources
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
