The role involves providing personalized care for acute and chronic health issues while working with a highly experienced team.

Join 7 MD's and 2 NP's

Provide personalized, compassionate care for acute care, chronic disease management as well as primary care needs

See approx 18 patients/day

Onsite lab

Medicare Wellness RN on staff

Qualification

Internal MedicineMD/DO CredentialAdvanced Life SupportCompassionate CareTeam Collaboration

Required

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required

Preferred

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
