Required

2+ years of experience in heavy civil estimating

Understanding of NYC agency work (DDC, DOT, MTA, etc.)

Proficiency in reading civil construction drawings and specs

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate across teams

Preferred

Experience with BlueBeam, AutoCAD, and HCSS
