Responsibilities
Loading and unloading trucks, with truck driver’s guidance
Pulling orders for jobs
Counting and putting away the materials that come in from jobs
Refacing concrete forms
Minor building maintenance (such as but not limited to changing furnace filters, shoveling snow, unclogging sinks and toilets)
Keeping the yard clean and organized
Other duties as assigned my management
Qualification
Required
Forklift experience
Clean DMV record
Good communication skills
Ability to understand and follow directions
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good organizational skills
Ability to perform physical labor
Prolonged periods of standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
Must be able to safely work with sharp tools and/or power equipment
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains
The noise level in the work environment usually is moderate to loud
Continually required to talk and hear
Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination
