They are seeking an intern for their Quality and Production Engineering Team to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, supporting project execution and operational tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Support Production Engineers by contributing to project execution and daily operational tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Sustaining Engineering, and Production Supervisors to advance project goals
Design and develop fixturing and tooling solutions to enhance production cell efficiency
Create and revise factory floor layouts to optimize space utilization and workflow
Engage directly with production cells and operators on the factory floor to observe, learn, and support operations
Analyze cycle times for assemblies and unit production to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Measure and document improvements resulting from implemented changes to validate impact and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Current student pursuing your bachelor's degree in manufacturing/mechanical engineering
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrates a strong passion for engineering and a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully to team objectives
Committed to integrity, respect, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment
Exhibits a strong sense of accountability, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through on commitments
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
